Experia Events initially approached us to design a sales brochure for the inaugural Unmanned Systems Asia 2017. The project’s success led to our team taking on the overall creative management for both Rotorcraft Asia and Unmanned Systems Asia 2017. This achievement paved the way for us to seamlessly co-brand both events in 2019 and eventually fully integrate them into a single event with two distinct themes in 2021, which resumed in 2023 after the pandemic. Witnessing this event evolve and fully realizing its development over the course of six years was incredibly rewarding.

Event Branding Strategy
We were initially tasked with conceptualizing Unmanned Systems Asia, but I quickly noticed a recurring issue: Team Experia was attempting to merge the two categories into a single event just three months before the opening day. To address this, I proposed an alternative approach. I recommended co-branding the events for 2017 to avoid mixed messaging, followed by a unified brand visual design in 2019, and ultimately a fully integrated event branding in 2021. This strategy allowed Team Experia to focus on the successful launch in 2017 with confidence, knowing that my team was concurrently working on a long-term solution
